This product is a next-generation high-performance CFexpress Type B (supporting V4.0) memory card developed and manufactured by CFTek, a company specializing in CFexpress-related devices.
CFexpress memory operates based on PCI Express technology.
While cameras released so far have adopted PCIe Gen 3 technology, the Pro Shooter memory supports PCIe Gen 4, enabling data storage and read speeds up to twice as fast as before.
With the continuous improvement of camera resolution and performance, it is expected that upcoming cameras will increasingly be equipped with PCIe Gen 4 technology.
Importantly, the Pro Shooter memory also maintains full compatibility with existing cameras and readers that use PCIe Gen 3, ensuring seamless usability. Furthermore, it offers excellent compatibility and superior low-temperature characteristics compared to conventional products.
Outstanding Sustained Write Performance
As video recording becomes more common, a high-performance memory card must deliver excellent sustained write capabilities.

Unlike typical CFexpress Type B Memory cards, such as “BRAND A” AND “BRAND B” in the chart above, which rely on a small cache-resulting in fast write speeds at the beginning but a significant drop over time that can even interrupt video recording – CFTek Pro Shooter Memory Maintains a consistent write speed from start to finish, ensuring uninterrupted recording performance.
As Shown in the table above, CFTek Pro Shooter delivers nearly twice the performance compared to conventional CFTek Shooter Memory.
Exceptional Heat Management
Since CFexpress Type B Memory operates at extremely high speeds, prolonged shooting often generates significant heat.
As a result, many CFexpress memory products suffer from overheating issues, leading to system crashes or interruptions during recording.
CFTek Pro Shooter memory adopts advanced heat dissipation and temperature-controlled writing algorithms.
As demonstrated in the photo, when tested with a Nikon Z9 inside a thermal chamber maintained at 43°C for over 30 minutes,
it successfully completed continuous shooting until the full 2TB capacity without interruption.
Performance Optimized for High-Speed Continuous Shooting
Although the video features the 1TB model, the 512GB version provides identical high-speed performance.
As shown in the video, during real-world shooting scenarios requiring 8K RAW at 20 FPS high-speed bursts,
Pro Shooter sustains long recording sessions without hitting buffer limits.
Even in cases where certain camera models fill their internal buffer first, Pro Shooter quickly clears the buffer at high speed,
allowing seamless continuation of shooting.
We are currently fine-tuning firmware to further optimize 20 FPS high-speed continuous shooting with the Nikon Z9.
Future firmware updates will deliver even greater optimization for extended burst performance on the Z9.***.
